Expert Advocacy

Meet Erica

After earning my master’s degree from Indiana State University, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a Speech-Language Pathologist across the U.S.—from Arizona to California and Indiana toTennessee—as well as at American schools in the UK. Along the way, I’ve also spent time working in private practice, gaining experience in both educational and clinical settings.

The moment I met Ashley, I knew we were two peas in a pod. We instantly clicked over our shared love for helping kids and supporting families through the special education process. We believe that building strong, trusting relationships with parents is the foundation for real progress. No question is ever too small or too silly—your voice matters, and we’re here to make sure it’s heard.

Our mission is simple: to empower you with the support, knowledge, and confidence you need to advocate for your child. Because no one knows your child better than you—and we’re here to walk beside you every step of the way.

Meet Ashley

After earning my master’s degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completing my clinical fellowship year as a Speech-Language Pathologist, my husband’s military service brought us to the UK. I walked into the elementary school as a substitute teacher and learned a full time SLP was out of office at the beginning of the school year! I was introduced to Erica and got the BIGGEST hug from her when she discovered that I’d be there to help out. It was an “add water - instant friends” kind of deal.

Since then, I’ve worked as a solo practitioner, a small clinic owner, a multi-disciplinary clinic co-owner and a school based SLP. The thing that ties all these roles together is the desire to help families. The idea of being your guide through the IEP maze gets me up in the morning!

We’re dedicated to providing the support and expertise you need to advocate for your child with confidence, so you can focus on what matters most—your child’s success.

  • Erica will be my go to in the future with all things IEP related! She is extremely knowledgeable, gives me talking points, and continually reviews my son’s IEP and BIP to create a better outcome for all parties.

    Alyssa C. - New Mexico

  • Thanks to their expertise and guidance, our IEP meeting was a success. My son is now thriving in his classes and experiencing much less stress at school.

    April E. - Nebraska

  • She is focused on finding solutions to the problems presented. This allows me to then present those solutions to the school and be a part of the IEP team, instead of being perceived as against them.
